Time for another update!
The last time I did this – way back in March – I planned to make semi-regular posts every month or so to let people know what I was working on. Obviously, that didn’t happen – I’ve still got a lot of projects in the pipeline, but not many I can talk about yet. But all that is about to change… and if you’re an accomplished comic and graphic novel artist, you can be part of my next BIG THING.
I’m co-authoring a creator-owned, original sci-fi comics series with Samantha Wallschlaeger (video game writer extraordinaire and author of the upcoming GUNCATS comics). Samantha and I are great writers, but we’re looking for an artist (or art team) to help bring our story to life. Since this is a sci-fi action story, we’re looking for people with a particular talent for character design (human and alien) and action sequences.
If you’re interested in potentially working with us, please send an e-mail with the subject title ARTIST to contact@drewkarpyshyn.com. In the e-mail, please list your experience, previous credits and include a link to your portfolio or somewhere we can find samples of your work. If you have questions or want more details, we can get into that over e-mail.
