The new website is up and running! Of course, if you’re seeing this you already know that. And if you’re not seeing this, then I guess I’m just talking to myself. You may notice a few odd quirks with the website over the next few days as we finalize the changes, so just be patient as we apply the final coat of polish.
I want to give a major shout out to Ted and everyone else at EU Cantina for all the time and effort they put into this; it’s not easy getting a Luddite like me to change his ways.
I’m also happy to report that Mass Effect won a bunch of awards at the 2010 Spike TV Video Game Awards, and BioWare won studio of the year. I probably should have mentioned this last week so people could watch the live broadcast on Saturday, but knowing Spike it’ll be replayed about a dozen times between now and Christmas anyway.
In more personal news, things have been chugging along quite nicely for me – the Spurs are rolling, the Chargers still have a shot at the playoffs, and the golf game feels like it’s on the verge of finally all coming together. (Like I haven’t said that before!) I’m still hammering away on my secret novel project, I’m slowly working through my e-mail backlog, and I’m clinging to 2nd place in my NFL pool. (I was first, but I got slaughtered this week.)
